The Massillon Lion’s Club returns to the stage for their 79th Annual Show at the Lion’s Lincoln Theatre. This year’s show, “At the Circus,” will feature performances from members of the Massillon Lion Club as well as our talented community. The family-friendly variety show will feature chorus and solo performances, dance numbers, and comedy. Join the Lions in the big top beginning the weekend of Friday, March 3rd, and continuing the weekend of March 10th for six shows, with performances Friday and Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. Doors will open one hour before the show.
Tickets are $10.00 and are available from any Lions Club member or through the following outlets: Sweeper Mart, Buehler’s (Mayflower location), Emmert’s Market, Friends & Family Credit Union (Downtown location), the Massillon Senior Center, and online at https://www.lionslincolntheatre.org. Tickets may also be purchased at the door the night of the show, subject to availability. For almost 80 years the Lions have focused their talents on entertaining the community for their biggest fundraiser of the year. The proceeds from the annual show allow the Lions to serve the community by providing vision screening for children to identify those who have vision problems as well as many other community service projects. Established in 1943, the Massillon Lions Club meets weekly on Tuesdays evenings upstairs at the Lions Lincoln Theatre located at 156 Lincoln Way East, Massillon.
