Massillon Lions Social Event on Friday, June 23rd at BW3

The Massillon Lions Club is seeking civic-minded men and women to join them in making a difference in the community. The club is hosting a meet-and-greet over drinks and appetizers on June 23 for people who want to learn more about the club and its work.

“Our club gives members an opportunity to advance worthy causes, serve with friends and family, and become leaders in the community. This club means a lot to our Lions, but it means so much more to the people we serve,” said Randy Stuck, incoming Lions Club President.

This casual gathering will be held on Friday, June 23 at 6:00 p.m. at the Massillon Buffalo Wild Wings on Lincoln Way.  Meet current Lions Club members, enjoy some wings and beverages, and find out how Club members serve the local community.  “We want to share the great things we’re doing in the community, and let others know how they can help,” said Stuck.

The Lions’ motto is “We Serve,” and the Massillon Lions Club has lived up to it. For almost 75 years, the club has made a strong commitment to service while entertaining the community with each year’s much anticipated annual show.

If you cannot attend the social event but would like more information on how to get involved with the Massillon Lions, please contact membership chair, Glenn Dumoulin, at 330-575-5997.
